Oystercatcher Shellfish is a woman-proprietor aquaculture farm located in Horseshoe Beach, Florida in the Big Bend area of the Gulf Coast. I offer my locally-raised oysters and clams to individuals, restaurants, and retail establishments. I am dedicated to farming as sustainably as possible.
